As Senior Operations Director for the Olympic Group of Companies, Otis oversees strategic operations and project execution, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery across all business initiatives. With over 20 years of experience in construction, he brings deep technical expertise—especially in electrical systems—maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
Otis has successfully led major projects, including the NJS Francis Building refurbishment, the GTCC Pavers Project, and the HMP Yellow Wing Project. A results-oriented leader, he is committed to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and fostering strong, collaborative teams across the organization.
