Founded on the principles of integrity and excellence, Olympic Group Limited has grown from
a small construction company on Salt Cay to become the Turks & Caicos Islands’ most trusted
diversified business group.
From Island Roots to Regional Leadership
The Olympic Group story began in 1996 when Holton “Polly” Dickenson, after sailing the globe and experiencing diverse cultures, returned home to Salt Cay with a vision. Having witnessed how business could bring communities together worldwide, he founded Olympic Construction Ltd. with a simple belief: that global expertise combined with local knowledge could transform island life.
What started as a small-scale residential contractor has evolved into a comprehensive group of companies serving every aspect of Caribbean island living. Under the leadership of Edwin Dickenson, who joined as CEO in 2005, Olympic Construction became the foundation for what would grow into today’s Olympic Group Limited.
Our expansion was driven by a core understanding: island communities need integrated solutions. As we built homes, we recognized the need for reliable fuel delivery. As we welcomed visitors to our constructions projects, we saw the opportunity to offer exceptional hospitality. Each new company in our group emerged from real community needs and authentic opportunities to serve.
Today, Olympic Group Limited encompasses nine specialized companies, each maintaining the founding principles of integrity, quality, and community commitment that Holton established nearly three decades ago.
